Bérénice Golmann, a French artist based in Portland, distinguishes herself as a 3D artist, designer and painter. Her creativity is expressed through prestigious collaborations and independent designer brands. She fuses the digital and the synthetic to bring to life worlds where objects come to life and nature flourishes.
With a background in archaeology, architecture and fine art, Bérénice channelled her artistic vision into 3D when she lacked a large studio for monumental projects. Her vast, sublimated and fantasised worlds reflect a vibrant contemporary universe, pulsating with life. At the same time, her personal work in painting and ceramics testifies to her sensitivity to materials and forms, demonstrating her talent as a colourist.
Bérénice Golmann received a special mention from the Jury at the 2019 Toulon Design Parade for her Apricari project, in collaboration with Audrey Guimard. Through Apricari, Bérénice explores creative resilience in a context where ‘shell’ material redefines existing architecture, offering a unique perspective on the future.
Having worked with renowned brands such as Hermès, Versace, Charlotte Chesnais, Paco Rabanne, and Nike, Bérénice Golmann is now gearing up for ‘live’ projects, fusing her digital universe with reality. Her unique approach transcends the boundaries between the synthetic and the tangible, leaving an artistic imprint on the world around her.
